The Founder and CEO of The Big 3 Ice Cube joined Kyle Bailey on Friday’s show as he previewed the league’s return to the Queen City and what to expect.
The first thing Ice Cube previewed with Kyle is what fans should expect next Saturday at the Spectrum Center as he explained that 3-on-3 basketball is a gathering of players loving to play basketball and playing 3-on-3 basketball means you have to have every skill in the game of basketball instead of being a specialist.
The Big 3 is in the midst of 6th season and Ice Cube said the sport is on the right trajectory Ice Cube said the growth has been remarkable and he wants to make sure this sport is still fun for the viewing audience moving forward.
When it comes to the names to keep an eye on Ice Cube immediately went to “Iso” Joe Johnson as well as former NBA Champs Mario Chalmers and Leandro Barbosa and Cube wanted to point out the 2-time Player of the Week and Charlotte native Ryan “Hezi God” Carter as a player who has caught his attention this year.
