Sean McDermott Reflects On Luke Kuechly’s HOF Career
Saturday will be a very special day for Carolina Panthers fans as LB Luke Kuechly will become only the 5th player with Hall of Fame ties to the Panthers, but the first to play his whole career for the organization. The Panthers DC when Carolina drafted Luke and former Bills HC, Sean McDermott joined Kyle Bailey to look back on some of his fondest memories coaching the 2013 DPOY.
When it came to how special Luke Kuechly was, one of Coach McDermott’s earliest memories involved a practice during his rookie year when Luke was able to sniff out a reverse in practice and completely blew up the play in the backfield as it was a perfect example to how he could process plays before they happened.
Sean would also discuss the legend of Luke Kuechly in the film room, and Sean also discussed what his mindset is entering this upcoming football season.
