Dean Smith On His 2nd Half Goals For Charlotte FC
After almost 2 months to the day, Charlotte FC is back in action to conclude the 2nd half of the MLS Season when they take on Atlanta on Wednesday night. The Gaffer for The Crown, Dean Smith, joined Will Palaszczuk to discuss his mindset for the club as they return to the pitch and what needs to be done to ensure a postseason birth.
When talking about getting back in the swing of things after a 2-month break, Dean told Willie that everyone has to get used to this because this will be the new normal in 18 months, and it gives the guys a break before the back half of the year. Now, the guys have to put in the performance that they are capable of in order to win.
Dean would go on to break down who has improved the most during the time off, and what Allen Saint-Maximin will offer to the club when he makes his debut.
