With ACC Media Days currently taking place in Uptown Charlotte which means we are a little over a month away from the Duke’s Mayo Kickoff Classic between North & South Carolina. Head Coach of the Gamecocks Shane Beamer joined Kyle Bailey to preview both the game and the season for South Carolina.
The Season Opener between North & South Carolina just got bigger earlier this week as College Gameday announced that they will be in Charlotte for the Duke’s Mayo Kickoff Game Shane noted it’s a huge deal for both programs, and it is a testament to the work that both programs have put in over the past couple of years and it put more eyes on the city of Charlotte.
Things ended with some players Shane believes are flying under the radar for his team one name he wanted to people to keep an eye on was Senior WR Xavier Legette as Shane noted that he has really been impressed with his work ethic throughout both the spring and summer and he could be in line for a strong 2023.
