Free agency is still a big topic of discussion around the NFL and the Panthers are in the thick of multiple free agents a week after the legal tampering period began. Joe Person of The Athletic joined Kyle Bailey as he discussed the Panthers ongoing pursuits in the open market.
The first topic of conversation with Joe surrounded the Panthers search for another edge rusher in the free agent market as Joe made it clear he heard the Panthers were moving on from Chase Young late last week, and that the focus has turned to former #1 overall pick Jadeveon Clowney, but Joe noted that it’s hard to tell what direction the Rock Hill native will do and when he will sign a deal which could leave the Panthers in limbo.
Joe went on to look at how the Panthers O-Line as well as how free agency might have impacted the Panthers draft plans.
