Dave Canales: I Have So Much Confidence In Brad Idzik
Tuesday kicked off combine week in Indianapolis as we have officially entered draft season in the NFL, and free agency is right around the corner as well. Panthers HC Dave Canales joined Kyle Bailey to discuss some of the biggest needs the Panthers have entering the offseason.
The interview started with the announcement Coach Canales made in giving up play-calling duties starting in 2026 to OC Brad Idzik, as he told Kyle that Brad has been his sounding board over the last 3 years, and he said to take the next step he felt like it was time to give the responsibility to Idzik as it will help both Coach Canales and the team moving into the future as now seemed like the time to make the move.
Dave would go on to discuss some of the pending Panthers Free Agents that could hit the market, and how Darrell Bevell can help the offense grow as well.
