It’s not every day that you quit your job, to go on a cross-country, four-month long road trip, but that is exactly what Rodger Sherman did after he left The Ringer, and embarked on a journey attending as many college football games as possible. Sherman attended over 60 games, and traveled over 30,000 miles during the 2023 college football season, traveling all over the country to see games at different levels of the sport.
With all the games and all the travel, Sherman had stories to tell, and that’s what he did yesterday when he joined the Wes & Walker Show on WFNZ, he shared his favorite venues, the best food, mascots, and so much more, as he recounted a very exhausting, but worthwhile road trip.
