The 2023 season came to an end for the Panthers with a second straight shutout loss to go with the first-ever 2-15 record in the history of the NFL. Steve Smith Sr. joined Kyle Bailey to look ahead to a crucial offseason with a lot of unknown questions for the Panthers.
Agent 89 started by reacting to the news earlier today of GM Scott Fitterer being let go by the organization after 3 years Smitty said this has been a tough stretch for everyone involved inside that front office and he said that unfortunately there was not enough success to keep Fitterer as certain players just didn’t mesh the way they had hoped.
When it comes to Bryce Young, Steve made it clear that the Panthers don’t need to find an offense that plays to Bryce’s strengths, but rather the Panthers need to invest in the O-Line so they can keep Bryce Young calm in the pocket.
Steve would also look at what type of coach the Panthers should look at, as well as an entertaining Super Wild Card Weekend that kicks off the NFL postseason.
