After the Panthers Thursday Night Loss to the Bears, Carolina finds themselves with a 1-8 record for only the 4th time in franchise history, and it leaves more questions than answers for the future. Steve Smith Sr. joined Kyle Bailey as he weighed in on the frustrations with the Panthers, and how the rest of the season could play out.
Steve started by going to the Bryce Young-CJ Stroud comparisons that have been flaring up for the past month as he noted that comparing these 2 QB’s at this point is comparing apples to oranges given the circumstances, and we shouldn’t come to conclusions after only 1 chapter as Bryce Young and CJ Stroud have not even completed their respective rookie years.
The conversation would shift into multiple facets including Steve breaking down the struggles the Panthers receivers are facing with lack of separation and why David Tepper is as frustrated as the fans are with this season.
