Chris Brazzell To Miss 8 Weeks With Torn LCL
Chris Brazzell Suffers Moderately Torn LCL, Will Miss Up To Eight Weeks

Panthers Rookie WR, Chris Brazzell went down in practice on Wednesday, holding his left knee and not being able to put any weight on the leg while he was helped to the cart. Dave Canales said after practice that the team would do some imaging to see the full extent of the injury. The details of the injury were first reported by Joe Person, stating that Chris Brazzell has a moderately torn LCL in his left knee and is expected to miss up to eight weeks.
While the injury could have been worse, this is a significant blow for the Panthers offense as Brazzell was going to be in a serious camp battle to challenge Xavier Legette for the WR3 spot on the roster. This is now the third padded practice in a row for the team in which there has been an injury that required the cart to be used to take the player to the locker room.
