The Stanley Cup Playoffs are considered the best playoffs in sports, and believe it or not, they are right around the corner, as the NHL regular season is winding down. Entering the 2023-24 season, the Hurricanes were the favorite to win their first Stanley Cup since the 2000s, after making the Eastern Conference Final last season. After a slow start to the season, the Hurricanes have rounded into form, and along with the Rangers, are among the favorites to come out of the East in the 2024 playoffs.

Earlier today, the head coach of the Carolina Hurricanes, Rod Brind’Amour, joined the Wes & Walker Show on WFNZ, to talk about another successful regular season, how things change once you get into the postseason, and what it will take to not only get back to the Eastern Conference Final, but advance to the Stanley Cup Final, in hopes of winning the most prestigious trophy on all of sports.

You can listen to the Wes & Walker Show, every day from 12-3 PM, on Sports Radio 92.7 WFNZ, and the WFNZ app.
