Josh Graham joins Wes & Walker to discuss ECU Football and how they look going into the 2023 season.
The Pirates have a very tough start to the schedule with week one at Michigan. This game is bound to be a rude awakening to the season as Michigan is an absolute powerhouse in football and playing in Ann Arbor is never an easy task. Week two isn’t as daunting as an opponent but they still face a strong opponent in Marshall. This game is a home game for ECU which will always give them an advantage. Week three is another tough matchup as the Pirates travel to Boone to play App State.
There is a lot of reason for optimism going into this season with a formidable defense and a solid ground game, Josh Graham says this is as close as the Pirates have been to the 1991 form they had when they were victorious in the Peach Bowl. The fact that there is more skill on the team outside of the QB is a big reason for his high hopes for this upcoming season.
Josh Graham then answers some rapid-fire questions including his favorite ECU quarterback of all time, his favorite spot to eat in Greenville, the most famous person he’s met on campus, and the best win he has seen in person.
