With the days in February quickly evaporating, it means we are just that much closer to March Madness in college basketball. The ACC continues to be a chaotic conference this year, and Joe Ovies of The OG Podcast joined Kyle Bailey as he gave his thoughts on some of the main storylines surrounding the conference.
The conversation surrounding the ACC mainly focused on both Duke and Carolina getting wins over the weekend as with Duke’s win over FSU, Joe noted that it’s tough to get a good grasp of the team due to not having a complete team throughout the year but they have persevered and Jared McCain could be a big x-factor for the Blue Devils. On the UNC side of things, they got back on track by beating VT, but Joe is concerned with how inconsistent the Heels are on defense which he is afraid could hurt them when it matters the most.
Joe would also go on to talk about the frustration with the NC State Wolfpack, and if there is a way to fix the All-Star Game.
