The Hornets had no issues with the Huston Rockets on Monday, disposing of them 123-99 in what was their largest margin of victory of the season. Terry Rozier led the way for team in the win, dropping 27 points on 10-17 shooting from the field and 7-12 from beyond the arc, but the bench production led by Kelly Oubre Jr. and Nick Richards was once again a big part of the success in this one.

The Host of the Habershow and member of Meadowlark Media joined Kyle Bailey today on the Clubhouse as he gave his thoughts on the Hornets through 29 games, and what he thinks they need to do to improve. Tom started by looking at the Hornets as a whole as he said they are an extremely […]

The Hornets came into this weekend looking to get back on track after three straight losses that included one to the lowly Rockets. The team was able to do just that last night with a 130-127 win in Atlanta despite the team being short-handed without three starters, LaMelo Ball, Terry Rozier and Mason Plumlee, and one role player in Jalen McDaniels who were all placed in COVID protocols on Saturday afternoon as first reported by Stadium's Shams Charnia.

The Charlotte Hornets entered last Wednesday's game with the Memphis Grizzlies on a five game losing streak and were in need of a win to get something out of the road trip. Since that point, they have responded to real off three straight wins including a huge win at home over the Warriors on Sunday. Radio voice of the Hornets, Sam Farber, joined the Mac Attack earlier today to talk about the win and pointed to a big second half from one of the veterans in this one.

Even with the issues the Hornets have had on this road trip so far, though, Farber told the Mac Attack that it's not time to panic just yet. "I still feel good about the way Charlotte is playing overall," he said. "The schedule has not been kind; the Hornets at this point in the season have played more games and more road games than any other team in the NBA, so this has not been an easy stretch. They are going to even out in the end, the schedule will become more favorable on the back end and if the Hornets can weather this storm and continue to play in this manner, I feel good about where Charlotte sits."

Hornets President of Basketball Operations and GM Mitch Kupchak joined the Clubhouse with Kyle Bailey as he previewed what will be a big offseason for the Hornets.

This upcoming offseason is a vital period of time for the rebuild of this franchise. This team obviously needs an overhaul in the frontcourt, but also needs to answer which parts are worth building around LaMelo Ball and which are expendable. General Manager Mitch Kupchak said repeatedly this season that they felt they were ahead of schedule, but this fanbase won't accept another season of stagnation.
