The former WFNZ host turned Play-By-Play extraordinaire Taylor Zarzour joined Kyle Bailey earlier today to discuss some of the biggest sports stories of the Summer.

The first topic on deck for Taylor was this past weekend’s US Open Championship in LA as Taylor noted how big the win was for Wyndham Clark as he continues to gain momentum, but Taylor pointed out that it was a strange place to have the US Open in as big of a market as LA is especially with the lack of fans allowed at the event.

Taylor then gave his thoughts on the recent LIV & PGA Tour Merger after 2 weeks as he admitted to being more confused now than he was when the merger was first announced. Taylor noted that Golf needs to have all the best players on one circuit, and Taylor understands some of the lines of thinking to merge with LIV, but the way they left people in the dark is what really made everyone discombobulated.

Another massive story in recent events is Michael Jordan selling his majority stake in the Hornets as Taylor said he was disappointed in how Michael was not able to win as an owner in his 13 years, and he hopes this move can get the Hornets to be more competitive, especially with how other small market teams have performed in the league recently.

The conversation ended with Bryce Young now being the franchise QB for the Panthers as Taylor is ecstatic about the upcoming season as he predicted that the #1 overall pick is going to run the city with his play at QB and with the NFC South being down Taylor is confident that as long as Bryce stays healthy, the Panthers should win the division.
