This past Saturday saw Duke go inside the Dean Smith Center and complete a 2-game sweep over the Tar Heels for the first time since 2020. Former ACC Coach of the Year and ESPN Basketball analyst Seth Greenberg joined Kyle Bailey to break down the 82-69 win for Duke.
Seth started by pointing out how Carolina was able to get to the Blue Devils late in the first half as well as the early stages of the second half and that was impending Duke’s offense while playing in transition on offense, but what did Carolina in was they couldn’t keep up that pace for the rest of the game while Duke wore them down. He does think Saturday’s performance showed the potential of this Tar Heel team, they just have to keep it up throughout a whole game against teams like Duke.
Seth would go on to discuss NC State parting ways with Kevin Keatts, and who he thinks should be the National Player of the Year in College Basketball.
