Jaycee Horns Signs Record Breaking Contract
The NFL legal tampering period gets underway at noon, but before then, teams are allowed to sign their restricted free agents. The Carolina Panthers made a big splash earlier this morning, signing Jaycee Horn to a four-year contract extension worth $100 million, with $70 million of it guaranteed. Horn is coming off his best season in the NFL, as he made his first-ever Pro Bowl while playing over 98% of the defensive snaps last season. The contract locks him up until 2029, meaning Carolina has its two best defensive players, Derrick Brown, and now Jaycee Horn under contract for years to come.
