With rookie minicamp underway this weekend not in Charlotte, but around the NFL, it’s another sign that the 2024 off-season is in the books, and we’re in the early stages of getting ready for the 2024 football season. The Panthers recently completed their draft, which has received uneven reviews from the local and national media, after Dan Morgan was aggressively trading back and forth, over the course of making 7 selections. Those 7 picks are on the field this weekend, learning Dave Canales’s system, ahead of training camp which will open in late July.

Yesterday, Former Panthers TE, and current NFL on FOX broadcaster, Greg Olsen joined the Wes & Walker Show to talk about the importance of rookie minicamps in the NFL, how the Panthers have improved the roster this off-season, and what the new passing catching targets mean for Bryce Young.

You can listen to the Wes & Walker Show (Charlotte’s #1 midday show), every day from 12-3 PM, on Sports Radio 92.7 WFNZ, and the WFNZ app.
