As the calendar turns to November, the Carolina Panthers find themselves with a 1-6 record with many questions to be answered surrounding the franchise. Joe Person of The Athletic joined Kyle Bailey to break down the situation the Panthers find themselves in and how the rest of the season could play out.
Joe started by explaining why the Panthers did nothing at the trade deadline as he said there was no clear trade in place for the Panthers to make, especially after the injury to Jeremy Chinn. Joe also pointed out guys such as Hayden Hurst or Miles Sanders could have been traded, but he didn’t think that Scott Fitterer and the rest of the front office already wanted to cut bait on guys they signed to decent-sized deals in free agency.
The conversation continued on to the possible future of Scott Fitterer and his concern level for Ikem Ekwonu at LT.
