Wes Miller: We Have High Expectations At Charlotte

2026 is truly a new era for the Charlotte 49ers, as in the last few months the 49ers have welcomed in a new AD and a new Head Coach in basketball. The new man in charge of the 49ers basketball program, Wes Miller, joined Kyle Bailey to break down his expectations entering his first year in the Queen City.

When it comes to expectations heading into year 1 with the 49ers, Wes told Kyle that he has high expectations, as he noted his excitement in the backcourt with Jizzle James and Keyshaun Tillery, who Wes thinks 49ers fans will fall in love with and is ready to take a big jump to go along with veterans and a long, athletic team.

Wes would also weigh in on the NCAA Tournament expansion starting this upcoming year, and how he and Kevin White came together to get him to Charlotte.
