Brendan Marks Reacts to Caleb Wilson’s Hand Injury

News broke on Thursday afternoon that star Tar Heel Forward Caleb Wilson suffered a fractured hand in Carolina’s loss to Miami on Tuesday, with no timetable at this moment. Triangle Beat Writer for The Athletic, Brendan Marks, joined Kyle Bailey to break down how Wilson’s absence will impact the Heels.
When it came to the injury, Brendan told Kyle that it sounded like it was sustained during the first half of the Miami game. He tried to play through it, and while we don’t have a timetable yet, Brendan believes he will be out of action for at least the rest of the regular season, and coming back for the NCAA Tournament seems to be in doubt as well. Still, Brendan thinks Caleb will try his best to get back on the court before the season is over.
The conversation turned to how the Heels play without Caleb, and who he thinks deserves to be the ACC COTY at this point.
