Eric Collins Talks Red Hot Hornets With Mac & Bone

After Saturday’s win over the Spurs, the Hornets have now won six-straight games, their longest winning streak since the 2015-16 season, the last time the franchise made the NBA postseason. The six straight wins have improved Charlotte’s record to 22-28, and while they are on the outside looking for an official playoff spot, they have narrowed the gap with the Hawks for a spot in the Play-In Tournament, trailing Atlanta by just 1.5 games. Their recent run of improved play has caught the attention of the national media, with guys like Charles Barkley, Bill Simmons, and Zach Lowe talking up the franchise every time they can, but it’s not just on the national level that has the media buzzing; the same could be said for the local level as well.
Earlier this morning on the Mac & Bone Show, Eric Collins, the TV Voice of the Hornets, joined the show, as EC talks about the vision for the team coming together during the current six-game winning streak, he tells you his favorite Kon Knueppel story so far, gives the background of one of his favorite sayings, and more.
You can listen to the Mac & Bone Show, (Charlotte’s #1 morning show), every weekday morning from 6-10 AM on Sports Radio 92.7 WFNZ and the WFNZ app.
