Winter weather continues to disrupt schedules in Charlotte, forcing the Hornets to adjust their game time for the fourth straight game.

Charlotte’s home matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans on Monday has been moved from its original 7 p.m. tipoff to 3 p.m. because of ongoing weather conditions in the area.

“Fan safety remains the organization’s top priority, and the Hornets encourage all fans to follow local weather guidance and exercise caution if traveling,” the team said in a statement on Sunday.

The Hornets enter the game on a six-game winning streak and sit at 22-28, just 1.5 games out of a play-in spot in the Eastern Conference. Charlotte has won all three of its previously rescheduled games during the stretch.

After starting the season 11-23, the Hornets are now 11-5 over their last 16 games.
