Steve Smith Sr Weighs In On The Panthers Loss To Seattle

The Panthers had a chance to clinch the NFC South for the first time since 2015 on Sunday, but the Seattle Seahawks were in their way and proved too much, defeating the Panthers 27-10. Panthers legendary WR turned NFL Network analyst Steve Smith Sr joined Kyle Bailey to break down what went wrong for Carolina in their home finale.

Steve started by pointing out that a big factor in the loss for Carolina was the amount of turnovers the Panthers offense allowed, not adjusting to the momentum swings, and he believes that not enough people realize how good this Seahawks team is and no matter what, this game was never going to be a cakewalk.

The conversation with Steve continued as he broke down the Seahawks playing more man than Dave Canales expected, and Steve gave an early preview of the week 18 matchup between Carolina and Tampa for the NFC South title.
