Wednesday marked the 30th anniversary of the Panthers first-ever NFL win, which occurred against the New York Jets, and coincidentally, in 2025, the Panthers next opponent is the winless New York Jets on the road. Jets Beat Writer for the NY Daily News, Antwan Staley, joined Kyle Bailey to give us a glimpse of what to expect from Carolina’s next opponent.

QB Justin Fields is a familiar face to Panthers fans, as a good chunk of the fanbase wanted him to become a Panther in the 2021 draft, but in 2025 Antwan told Kyle outside of week 1, Justin and the offense have struggled mightily across the board, and Antwan said he wasn’t expecting a good product this year, but the way it looks was worse than he imagined.

Antwan would go on to discuss whether or not Aaron Glenn could be one-and-done as HC, and how thin the WR room could be this weekend for New York.
