After back-to-back wins, the Panthers find themselves at .500 this late into a season for the first time since 2021, when they were 5-5, on their way to a 5-12 season. All three of Carolina’s wins have come at home, where they have scored 30, 27, and 30, respectively, in wins over the Falcons, Dolphins, and, most recently, the Dallas Cowboys. They have been led by backup running back Rico Dowdle, who has had back-to-back legendary games filling in for the injured Chuba Hubbard, combined with efficient QB play from Bryce Young, who has proven to be a quality QB when he protects the football.

Earlier today, former Panthers QB Jake Delhomme joined the Mac & Bone Show on WFNZ, as Jake talks about the offense finding an identity, he talks about the comparisons between the current RB duo, to that of Jonathan Stewart and DeAngelo Williams, he tells you where he’s seen the most growth from Bryce Young, and more.
