Bubba Wallace Discusses Trying To Rally Back In The Playoffs
The first race of the Round of 12 in the NASCAR playoffs has come and gone at New Hampshire, with Kansas and the Charlotte Roval making up the rest of the round. One of those playoff drivers, Bubba Wallace, is trying to overcome a rough 26th-place finish, while also trying to keep his championship hopes alive. The driver of the 23XI Toyota joined Kyle Bailey to discuss how he and his team are trying to bounce back this weekend at Kansas.
When asked about his run at New Hampshire, Bubba told Kyle that he and his whole team were shocked with how they performed throughout the race, but at this point all you can do is flush it out and move on to the next race, which Bubba noted is comforting that the next track is Kansas, which is where he secured his 2nd career Cup Series victory back in 2022.
Bubba would also go on to discuss how his 2nd time in the NASCAR Playoffs has been different than his 1st experience, and how he has improved at the Charlotte Roval over the past few years.
