Mac & Bone Recap Panthers First Win of 2025

For the first time this football season, Victory Monday made its way to the Mac & Bone Show after the Panthers got in the win column yesterday, with a 30-0 win over the Atlanta Falcons, to improve their record to 1-2 on the young 2025 season. The win was the second straight over the Falcons, dating back to last year, and came in the first shutout win since the 2020 season, and the largest shutout win since the magical 2015 season, when Carolina routed Atlanta 38-0 that year at Bank of America Stadium, setting the stage for four hours of endless fun on today’s Mac & Bone Show program.

Mac & Bone start a Panther Monday, celebrating a dominant Panthers win, as they routed the Falcons 30-0 yesterday at The Bank, they give the defense praise for the effort, and talk about an efficient performance from the offense, they do a quick recap of the local college football action, & play the best audio from the sports weekend.

In the second hour, Mac & Bone hand out flowers to Panthers players and coaches, after the dominant win over the Falcons yesterday, Jim Szoke joins  to give his view from the booth from yesterday’s win, and they check in on the vibes within the fan base after winning the home opener.

Jim Szoke joins the show as he does every Monday, as Szoke talks about the Panthers dominant defensive performance yesterday, what he made of Bryce’s & the offense’s day, and more.

In the third hour, Mac & Bone take a look at which college football fan bases are either pumped or pissed after another college football weekend, they open the phone lines to hear from Panthers after yesterday’s big win, and tell you why you shouldn’t criticize Bryce & the offense for yesterday’s effort.
