Dabo Swinney: Cade Klubnik Is Now The Leader Of Our Team
Thursday was the finale of the 2025 edition of ACC Kickoff, and one of the headliners of the final day was the Clemson Tigers, fresh off yet another ACC Championship win in 2024. HC Dabo Swinney joined Kyle Bailey to discuss his mindset entering the 2025 season, as well as continuing changing landscape of college football.
When it comes to Clemson, a lot of eyes are on QB Cade Klubnik entering his senior season, as Dabo loved the way that he has grown as both a player and person over the last 4 years, and says he is now the leader of this football team, and the goal now is to continue to upward trajectory this year, and they’ll be a tough out for anyone.
Dabo would also discuss what he learned from being a part of the first 12-team playoff in college football, and how this year’s squad compares to the legendary teams of years past.
