Todd Hollis, who represents De Vincent Spriggs, told KDKA-TV that he intends to file criminal charges with police on behalf of his client after Donald allegedly fought Hollis between 3-4 a.m. ET on April 11. Hollis told TMZ Sports the altercation started inside a Pittsburgh nightclub when Spriggs accidentally bumped into Donald. He said an argument ensued with Donald as the aggressor.
